I pride myself on carefully selecting the garments and accessories I sell but will exchange or make a refund including P&P costs for any item that is faulty or not as described. Items bought which are as described and not faulty that are returned will be refunded less postage costs. Please notify me immediately upon receipt of any item you intend returning and return it within seven days of receipt obtaining proof of posting.

The handmade or hand finished nature of some of the items I sell means that there may be slight colour or pattern variations between garments. I make every effort to describe and display as accurately as possible the colours of the items I am selling. Because the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. If in doubt please contact me before buying.

This returns Policy has been prepared with reference to advice and guidelines provided at various times by the DTI and does not affect your statutory rights. Your full rights may be found in the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

My preferred method of payment is via the website checkout. The checkout and payment areas of this website are secure and are provided by Streamline which is a trading name of the National Westminster Bank Plc which in turn is a member of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

Postage and Packing

I aim to dispatch goods within forty eight hours or two working days of your payment having cleared. I advise using the appropriate Royal Mail First Class service for all purchases under a total value of £39.00. For purchases over £39.00 and under £100.00 in value I advise using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Service. Over £100.00 and I suggest using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery for UK buyers. For international buyers I recommend using the Royal Mail Signed for International Service for all purchases exceeding a value of £39.00. My Postage and Packing charges reflect the actual cost of the selected Royal Mail or courier service based on the actual weight of the packed item. I add £1.00 to cover the costs of time and packing materials.
